One ride within Amsterdam has a fixed amount for the first half hour. A day out you book as The Butler Experience: per started hour, from one hour, waiting and fuel included, also outside the city.

Can the concierge book for a guest?
Yes. When booking choose For someone else and enter the name and number of the guest. The guest gets the messages, the hotel can follow the ride, and the bill goes to whoever you specify.
Does the chauffeur speak English?
Yes. The messages, the booking page and the chauffeur: everything is in English if the guest wants. This site is also available in English and Arabic.
How does a day out work?
You book The Butler Experience for the number of hours. The chauffeur picks up the guest, drives to every stop, waits there and brings the guest back. Waiting costs nothing extra.
How is payment made?
In advance, via a payment link that belongs to the booking. After that the ride is fixed and the guest gets a receipt. Nothing needs to be settled when getting out.
