When booking choose For someone else and enter the name and number of the guest. The guest gets the messages in English, you can follow along.
Picked up at the ship or the hotel
Your Butler is at the terminal or the lobby, helps with the suitcases and knows where you are going.

Zaanse Schans, Volendam, Keukenhof or the coast: the chauffeur drives, waits at every stop and helps plan the route.

What it costs your guest.
€ 50 per hour, from the 5th hour € 45. Minimum 1 hour.
After the booked hours € 49,50 per hour, charged per minute.
You book every ride as The Butler Chauffeurs, by the hour: from the terminal to the hotel just as well as a day out, also outside the city. The smallest booking is one hour, € 50,00.
We do not charge kilometres separately. Waiting at a stop costs nothing extra, because it is included in the hours. That way you can explain at the desk in one sentence how an amount is made up.
A morning, afternoon or evening of four hours costs € 200,00, and you choose it with one tap when booking:

If the day goes out of the city, to Zandvoort or the Keukenhof, your Butler also drives back within the booked hours. So choose enough hours, and nothing needs to be added afterwards.
From the cruise terminal to the hotel
A quarter of an hour driving within the city, and the time for the suitcases. That fits within the one hour your guest books as a minimum.

Five hours and seventy kilometres. The first four hours cost € 50,00 per hour, the fifth € 45,00: 4 hours × € 50,00 + 1 hour × € 45,00. The chauffeur waits at every stop and that is included in the hours.

Can the concierge book for a guest?
Yes. When booking choose For someone else and enter the name and number of the guest. The guest gets the messages, the hotel can follow the ride, and the bill goes to whoever you specify.
Does the chauffeur speak English?
Yes. The messages, the booking page and the chauffeur: everything is in English if the guest wants. This site is also available in English and Arabic.
How does a day out work?
You book The Butler Chauffeurs for the number of hours, at least one. The chauffeur collects the guest, drives to every stop, waits there and brings the guest back again. That waiting is included in the booked hours.
How is payment made?
In advance, via a payment link that belongs to the booking. After that the ride is fixed and the guest gets a receipt. Nothing needs to be settled when getting out.
