How it works.
Book your hours
One appointment or a full day: you book The Butler Chauffeurs by the hour, at least one, with the waiting between appointments included.
The Butler waits at every appointment
Your chauffeur stays with the car until you are done, or picks up a colleague or a guest in the meantime.
The bill to the office
When booking you state who gets the bill. The receipt comes by email, with VAT.
What business transport costs.
€ 50 per hour, from the 5th hour € 45. Minimum 1 hour.
After the booked hours € 49,50 per hour, charged per minute.
You book hours, at least one: € 50,00. The waiting between appointments is included in those hours, inside and outside Amsterdam, and your finance department can check every amount without calling us. We do not charge kilometres separately.
A morning, afternoon or evening of four hours costs € 200,00, and you choose it with one tap when booking:
Morning 08:00–12:00 · Afternoon 12:00–16:00 · Evening 18:00–22:00
A whole day? From the 5th hour we charge € 45,00 per hour, and you can book as many hours as you need: eight hours cost € 380,00.
If the ride goes out of the city, to Utrecht or The Hague, your Butler also drives back within the booked hours. So choose enough hours for the way there, the appointment and the way back.
A morning with three appointments
The morning from eight to twelve and twenty kilometres through the city. The chauffeur waits at every appointment, and that is included in the four hours.

A quarter of an hour driving within the city, a one-hour appointment for which your Butler waits, and a quarter of an hour back. That is an hour and a half, so you book two.

Eight hours, with a hundred and twenty kilometres there and back. The first four hours cost € 50,00 per hour, the next four € 45,00: 4 hours × € 50,00 + 4 hours × € 45,00. We do not charge the kilometres separately.

Questions from companies.
Can my assistant book the ride?
Yes. When booking choose For someone else and enter the name and number of the passenger. The passenger gets the messages, the assistant can follow along, and the bill goes to the address you give.
Does the chauffeur wait between appointments?
Yes, and that is included in the hours you book: the chauffeur is there for you anyway. We do not charge for waiting, not even at a stop.
Do I get an invoice in the name of the company?
When booking you state who the bill goes to. The receipt comes by email, with our VAT number on it, so it can go straight into the books.
Do you also drive the same ride every day?
Yes. Book the rides in advance and a Butler is at the door at the same time every day, with the same briefing. If anything changes, it is one message.
Your day is fixed. So is your Butler.
