Schiphol lies outside Amsterdam. There we charge per minute you actually drive, everything included, without a starting fee. If you want the chauffeur to wait until you have checked in, or to be at your service for a day, there is The Butler Experience: per hour, waiting included.

What if my flight is delayed?
Then your Butler knows before you do. We track the flight on the flight number you give when booking, and the chauffeur is there when you land, even if that is an hour later than planned. You do not need to call.
How far ahead do I need to book?
As early as you can, then the time is fixed. If it has to be today, choose Pick up now when booking: if the chauffeur is free, you see right away what time he can be there.
Will my luggage fit?
When booking you give the number of people and the luggage, so your Butler knows in advance what comes along. Large or a lot of luggage? Call or message us and we will arrange it.
Can someone else pay for the ride?
Yes. When booking you can have the bill go to someone else, for instance your employer. The ride stays in your name, the payment and the receipt go to the other address.
Your flight is fixed. So is your ride.
Book with your flight number, pay in advance and you hear from us as soon as the Butler is on the way. The rest is up to us.
