This is not a taxi ride. You buy one hour of your chauffeur, € 50,00: from the centre he takes you to Schiphol and is back within that hour. From Amsterdam, no kilometres are added.
How it works.
Book with your flight number
Pick-up address, Schiphol, date and time, and the number of hours; from the centre one hour is enough. With your flight number we know when you land or depart.
We track the flight
If you land later, your Butler is there later. If you land earlier, the same. You do not call, you just walk out.
At the door, luggage in
Your Butler helps with the luggage and drives you to the right departure hall, or from the arrivals hall home.
What a ride to Schiphol costs.
€ 50 per hour, from the 5th hour € 45. Minimum 1 hour.
After the booked hours € 49,50 per hour, charged per minute.
You are not buying a ride here but time, and the smallest booking is one hour: € 50,00. We do not charge kilometres separately.
One hour, € 50,00: we take you to Schiphol.
Your Butler drives from central Amsterdam to Schiphol in half an hour. Dropping off alone therefore fits in the one hour you book at minimum. If you ride back yourself, there and back comes to just over an hour and you book two hours: € 100.00.
If you come back later, a day or a week later, you book that ride separately: also one hour, also € 50,00, and then too we track your flight.
If you live further from the airport, for example in Noord or Zuidoost, there and back soon takes longer than an hour and you book two. The third example below shows exactly such a ride.
The hours you book include everything your Butler does for you: driving, the suitcases, a stop along the way and the waiting there. Waiting costs nothing extra with us; it counts towards your hours, so choose enough of them.
If you want your chauffeur to stay with you, until you have checked in or for a whole day, you book more hours. Up to and including the fourth hour that is € 50,00 per hour, from the 5th hour € 45,00, and you can book as many hours as you need.
Amsterdam centre to Schiphol
Half an hour of driving and twenty kilometres. Your Butler takes you, helps with the suitcases and drives back, and that fits within the one hour you book as a minimum. We do not charge kilometres here.

Dropping someone off from Noord and riding back yourself: thirty-five minutes there, a moment to get out, thirty-five minutes back. That is more than an hour, so you book two.

Four hours. Your chauffeur stays with you until you depart, and that waiting is included in the booked hours.

Questions about Schiphol.
Why do I pay a whole hour for a ride of half an hour?
Because you do not buy a ride but time: one hour of your chauffeur, € 50,00. That includes the driving, the help with the suitcases and the drive back of your Butler. Waiting costs nothing extra, because it is included in your hours.
Do I always have to book there and back to Schiphol?
No. From the centre you book one hour, and within it your Butler takes you to Schiphol and drives back again. If you come back later, a day or a week later, you book the ride from Schiphol home separately: also one hour, also € 50,00, and then too we track your flight.
What if my flight is delayed?
Then your Butler knows before you do. We track the flight on the flight number you give when booking, and the chauffeur is there when you land, even if that is an hour later than planned. You do not need to call.
How far ahead do I need to book?
As early as you can, then the time is fixed. If it has to be today, choose Pick up now when booking: if the chauffeur is free, you see right away what time he can be there.
Will my luggage fit?
When booking you give the number of people and the luggage, so your Butler knows in advance what comes along. Large or a lot of luggage? Call or message us and we will arrange it.
Can someone else pay for the ride?
Yes. When booking you can have the bill go to someone else, for instance your employer. The ride stays in your name, the payment and the receipt go to the other address.
Your flight is fixed. So is your ride.
Book with your flight number, pay in advance and you hear from us as soon as the Butler is on the way. The rest is up to us.
