What it costs.

€ 50 per hour, from the 5th hour € 45. Minimum 1 hour.

After the booked hours € 49,50 per hour, charged per minute.

A single ride has a fixed price, which you see before you book. Delivery only, such as a prescription or a parcel, costs € 49 within Amsterdam for the first 60 minutes.

Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before departure, and also during the first 24 hours after booking. After that we charge the minimum fee. Within 2 hours of departure we always charge the full amount. Never more than the ride itself costs.

Care and The Errand

For patient services, home care, case managers, pharmacies and carer organisations.

Your client is taken to the hospital or the GP and brought back home, and the Butler walks inside with them if that helps. A walker always comes along; for a wheelchair we discuss in advance what is possible.

With The Errand we collect and deliver a prescription, a parcel or groceries. The recipient receives a four-digit code, and you receive a photo of the handover.

We leave medical or personal care to the care professionals.

Schiphol, hotel and cruise

For hotel concierges, relocation agencies, and cruise and travel agents.

Your guest is picked up and knows the price in advance. At Schiphol the Butler knows the flight number, which we check with Schiphol when you book. With a booking by the hour, the Butler waits at every stop.

The concierge can book for a guest, and the guest receives the messages directly.

You book for a colleague or guest, the passenger receives the messages and you can follow along. You decide who the bill goes to, and the payment receipt arrives by email with our VAT number on it.
