What does a butler chauffeur cost?
CARE+ has a fixed amount for the first thirty minutes. After that the hourly rate runs on and we count the minutes you actually travel, so you never have to go over a half hour. The Butler Experience is charged per started hour, from one hour, and waiting is included. What your journey costs is shown when you book, line by line and with the minutes included, before you commit to anything.
Why does Butler cost more than CARE+?
Because you are buying something different. With CARE+ you pay for one ride: the chauffeur takes you and collects you again at the time you choose, or collects something for you and delivers it to your door. With The Butler Experience you buy his time by the hour, from one hour: you decide along the way where to go, he waits wherever you stay, and that waiting costs nothing, because he is already there for you.
I cannot get out myself. Can you collect something for me?
Yes. That is CARE+ with De Boodschap: you stay home, we collect it and bring it to your door. A parcel, an order, groceries, with proof of delivery on your phone. We collect, deliver and wait; medical or personal care we gladly leave to the care professionals.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Up to 24 hours before departure, no questions asked. After that we charge the minimum fare: for CARE+ the first half hour, for The Butler Experience the first hour. You cancel it yourself with the link in your confirmation, and you see the amount before you confirm.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when booking and we will track the arrival time. Your chauffeur will be there, even if the flight is delayed.
Do you drive outside Amsterdam?
Yes. Amsterdam is home, but we drive beyond it, Schiphol, the Zuidas, Het Gooi, Rotterdam, and further by arrangement. Fully electric, so into every low-emission zone without a surcharge.
What does a butler-chauffeur do?
The Butler drives, and the Butler arranges. On the road the Butler is your chauffeur: taking you, collecting you, waiting, with discretion. When the car stands still, the Butler keeps working for you: welcoming your guests, running errands, handling diaries and requests that come up in between, and the car always looks impeccable. One trusted face, for the ride and everything around it.
