What does a butler chauffeur cost?
The Butler Chauffeurs costs € 50 per hour, from the 5th hour € 45. Minimum 1 hour. You choose in advance how many hours you need the chauffeur. The driving and the waiting are included in those hours, wherever you stop. After the booked hours € 49,50 per hour, charged per minute. We do not charge kilometres separately: you only pay for the hours. What your ride costs is shown when you book, line by line, before you commit to anything.
I cannot get out myself. Can you collect something for me?
Yes. That is The Errand: you stay home, we collect it and bring it to your door. A parcel, an order, groceries, with proof of delivery on your phone. You book it just like a ride, but you do not choose hours. Fixed price: € 49 within Amsterdam, € 65 outside it, up to 60 minutes. Each extra stop € 15. We collect, deliver and wait; medical or personal care we gladly leave to the care professionals.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Up to 24 hours before departure, cancelling is free, and so is the first 24 hours after booking. After that we charge the minimum fare: € 35 to € 50 for a single ride, € 50 for one hour by the hour, and for delivery only the fixed price of € 49 or € 65. Within 2 hours of departure we charge the full amount. Never more than what the ride itself costs. You cancel it yourself with the link in your confirmation, and you see the amount before you confirm.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when booking and we will track the arrival time. Your chauffeur will be there, even if the flight is delayed.
Do you drive outside Amsterdam?
Yes. Amsterdam is the home base, but we also drive beyond it, Schiphol, the Zuidas, Het Gooi, Rotterdam, and further by arrangement. You buy a block of time: within your hours we take you there and collect you again. If you only return on another day, you book that ride separately. Fully electric, so into every low-emission zone without a surcharge.
What does a butler-chauffeur do?
The Butler drives, and the Butler arranges. On the road the Butler is your chauffeur: taking you, collecting you, waiting, with discretion. When the car stands still, the Butler keeps working for you: welcoming your guests, running errands, handling diaries and requests that come up in between, and the car always looks impeccable.
